SKYi Composites Pvt. Ltd. is redefining polymer compounding in India with advanced infrastructure built for high-performance thermoplastic compounds and Long Fiber Thermoplastics (LFT).

Scale & Infrastructure

Our 65,000 sq. ft. facility houses six advanced production lines — including two large lines, two smaller lines, and a dedicated pilot line for R&D — delivering a combined capacity exceeding 7,500 MT per annum (up to 600 MT/month, depending on grade). The plant supports both SKYi Composites and SKYi FKUR Biopolymers under one streamlined, efficient layout.

What We Compound

From PP, PA6, PA66, PET and PBT to glass, carbon, cellulose and synthetic-fiber reinforced compounds, our portfolio spans 20–60% fiber LFT grades, flame-retardant compounds, impact-modified and toughened materials, hybrid-reinforced systems, and fully customized customer-specific grades — under our Stärk®, Stäbil®, Strom® and Treei® (recycled/sustainable) brands.

Why LFT Matters

Long Fiber Thermoplastics combine the processability of thermoplastics with the strength of continuous fiber reinforcement. Performance isn’t just about fiber quantity — it depends on fiber length, orientation, dispersion, polymer adhesion, impregnation and processing control. Longer effective fiber length means better load transfer and mechanical performance for structural and semi-structural applications.
