Our LFTs use virgin or recyclable thermoplastics such as polypropylene (PP), polyamide (PA), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and more. The choice of polymer affects mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance.

Fiber–Matrix

Melt Rheology and Processing Behavior

We optimize the polymer’s melt flow characteristics for efficient injection molding while minimizing breakage. After processing, the 10-12mm fibers in our LFT retain a robust length, enhancing the composite’s strength and durability.

Our Long Fiber Thermoplastics (LFTs) are built for durability, with stabilizers and impact modifiers that protect against UV exposure, oxidation, and stress. Processing aids enhance melt viscosity and crystallization, ensuring smooth, efficient production.
