Active Grill Shutter
It is an aerodynamic component used in modern vehicles to regulate airflow through the front grille, reducing air drag/resistance to improve fuel efficiency and engine performance. It consists of shutters or louvers that open and close automatically based on the vehicle's speed, temperature, and engine conditions.
Using LFT for AGS provides high strength, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility. It enhances aerodynamic efficiency, durability, and performance under varying mechanical and thermal stresses.
